Feng Shui is a practical and transformative tool that can be applied to multiple dimensions of life – whether at home or at work. Each space reflects and influences the moment we are living. Therefore, by harmonising the environment, we pave the way for more clarity, balance and well-being.
These are some of the areas where Feng Shui can make a difference:
creating environments that calm, regenerate and welcome.
improving family, marital or professional dynamics through spaces that favour listening, empathy and connection.
bringing clarity about the path to follow, unblocking stagnation and stimulating motivation.
making spaces more inspiring and functional, favouring focus and performance.
supporting transition processes (moving house, divorce, pregnancy, new cycles) with more structure and intention.
recovering lightness and fluidity in spaces that feel ‘heavy’ or stagnant.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art that studies the relationship between spaces and the people who inhabit them. More than decorating or reorganising a house, this practice proposes a way of living more consciously – creating environments that support who we are and what we want to build.
The home we live in and the place where we work are not neutral – they reflect the way we live, our routines, choices and priorities. They are often a mirror of our inner lives.
By observing, interpreting and adjusting spaces, Feng Shui helps us restore balance, clarity and alignment with our goals. Every room, every object and every flow of energy can be a support – or a block – to the path we are travelling.
Applied with sensitivity, Feng Shui transforms environments into allies: spaces that nourish us, represent us and drive us forward.
Check out some of the most common questions (or situations) asked by those looking to transform their space – and their life.
If you identify with any of these, Feng Shui might be exactly the starting point you need.
There’s a disconnect between what you see and what you feel. There’s a lack of belonging, welcome and soul.
Feng Shui helps to align aesthetics with energy and personal history, making the space more real and cosy.
Home has ceased to be a refuge and has become another source of tiredness.
By rebalancing flows and identifying invisible points of tension, Feng Shui gives the home back its role as a refuge.
The aesthetics are well cared for, but there’s a lack of life, fluidity and truth.
Small energetic adjustments can bring out what is missing: soul, presence, meaning.
Physical comfort is not translating into emotional well-being.
Using Feng Shui, you can create an environment that truly supports your emotional well-being.
Objects start to take up space… even inside you.
Feng Shui helps you understand what to keep and what to let go of, in order to open up space inside and outside you.
There is a difficulty in choosing, letting go and making room for the new.
The consultancy guides the process in an emotionally safe way, helping you to let go with clarity and purpose.
The tasks are progressing, but the motivation isn’t keeping up. The space doesn’t inspire.
Feng Shui analyses the space and proposes changes that increase vitality, focus and motivation.
There are conflicts or obstacles that can’t be resolved, even with effort.
Mismatched spaces have an impact on communication. Feng Shui can restore fluidity and co-operation.
The potential is there, but there seems to be an invisible force holding it back.
With an energetic reading of the space, it’s possible to identify areas that block the flow of expansion.
The structure is in place… but it lacks fluidity, expansion and confidence.
Feng Shui helps to create an environment that supports strategic goals and decisions more clearly.
We change. We grow, we experience losses, beginnings, and turning points. But oftentimes, the space remains stagnant — stuck in old versions, in patterns that no longer make sense, in an energy that no longer serves us. Feng Shui helps you align your environment with the person you are today — and with the life you want to build.

Work environments have a direct impact on the productivity, focus and well-being of teams – and this is reflected in the results.
Through Feng Shui consultancy for companies, physical spaces are analysed in the light of their internal dynamics: communication flows, leadership, decision-making, creativity, focus and motivation. Small strategic adjustments to the layout, the elements present or the circulation can generate major changes in the performance and harmony of teams.
This work is specially designed for leaders and CEOs who want to align their environments with their vision for the business. Purposefully organised spaces create clarity, release tension and support more conscious decisions.
The house we live in plays an active role in our well-being. It is the place that welcomes, protects and sustains us, directly influencing how we feel, the choices we make and the way we move forward in life.
Through personalised Feng Shui consultancy, it is possible to understand how space influences those who inhabit it and turn it into an ally for well-being, clarity and life goals. The aim is to bring balance, lightness and intention to the home: to identify what blocks it, what can be maximised and how each area can really support those who live there.
This process doesn’t require transforming everything at once. Some changes are simple and immediate, others may require more time or intervention. But they all start from the same point: realising what the space needs in order to respond better to the needs of those who inhabit it, with clarity, intention and respect for each person’s moment.
Every home (or workspace) has something to say.
Feng Shui helps to listen to – and transform – what the space is asking for.
My name is Rita Varela and I believe that spaces tell stories – and that they can be great allies in transforming our lives.
I have a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and, for over 20 years, I have worked in a business context – leading teams, coordinating projects and being involved in the creation and management of companies. Throughout this journey – both at work and in my personal life – I have clearly realised the impact that physical environments have on well-being, energy, mental clarity and even the decisions we make.
This awareness led me to immerse myself in the study of Feng Shui. I completed the Professional Course at the National Feng Shui School – a three-year course (390 hours) that combines tradition, depth and practical application. Since then, I’ve been integrating this ancient wisdom with my professional experience, creating projects tailored to the real needs of those who live or work in the spaces.
Today, I help both companies and individuals to reorganise their environments in a conscious and strategic way, creating spaces with purpose, fluidity and identity.
Whether in a meeting room or a family kitchen, I believe that each space can be an extension of who we are – and a powerful tool to support the path we want to follow.
